Most production residential buiders do not have the ability to manage their lumber costs. Design2Bid, LLC provides material management services that give builders the data and the ability to identify, capture and realize value through the capture of excessive material consumption in the form of hidden 'turn-key' material quantities. We refer to them as 'fat-packs'.
Our typical results range from $2k - $4k cost savings per individual house plan. We focus on a builders top 20 selling plans, many of which are built as much as 100+ times in a single market. The potential cost savings is enormous... and builders don't even know it!
