I am looking for someone to invest in a horse training and recreation facility, that will also be a working cattle ranch. My idea would do well in Texas. There are numerous people that would love to come and stay at a working ranch and profits would be easy, do to the cattle making a profit. I need funding in buying of the land and cattle. I have worked in this industry my whole life. I was raised on a cattle ranch in Montana and am a certified farrier and horse trainer.
The other thing about investing in this, is we would fall under government help if nature does not cooperate with us on a given year. This is an excellent tax right off for any cooperation also.
