Len Jinks Enterprises is a 'new niche' construction firm specializing in the set up, construction and re-sale of "system-built" housing. The units are prefabricated in the factory, then crane lifted onto site built foundations. Our company does everything 'on-site' (foundations, set up, drywall, trim, flooring finishing etc. to the turnkey point). We are looking for an investment to enable us to do both single family and multi family residential sites utilizing the system built (modular) method. We already have a good working relationship with the owners of the modular factory facilities and 8 years of experience in this market.
