The company is in the development stages as we are seeking money to bring this business into fruition. We live in a very small rural community. Concho Valley is mostly older trailer homes, a country club and golf course with a lake are the main focus. A developer has come in and begun building big money homes on the lake. The real estate market here is about to explode! There are many properties around the lake that are in desperate need of repair. My idea involves working with the property owners to help them "refurbish" their run-down places so they can be sold or rented. Since most of the residents here are older or seasonal, they aren't interested in doing the work themselves. Currently, there are no property management services in this area!
