My name is Larry Johnson and I am co-owner of a new start up called Personal Touch Investments. We are geared at providing individuals who have the income, desire and motivation to own their own homes but may have downpayment and/or credit problems or other road blocks that have kept them from making this dream come true..
We do a full analysis of where our clients stand when they first meet w/ us. If they can qualify to buy now we get them financed (I'm a mortgage broker), then my bus partner finds a home that fits there needs. He specializes in rehabing of properites, and creative real estate negotiations (he has been doing this for 15yrs). If they can't qualify to buy we then generally will put our clients through our extensive credit repair program (because this is normally where p
