In the early stage we are looking to buy, rehab and sell real estate. As we progress and our company is financially growing, we want to obtain rental properties. Multi-family units and complexes will become our focus.
The Cape Cod Craftsman plans to retail 90% of the properties and keep 10% per year as rental after the renovations have been completed. This percentage will change in the second and third year as we shift our strategy more to “buy and hold” to build passive income and create wealth.
