Access Energy (“AE”) is in the process of building a 1000MW wind farm complex. This endeavor will not only supply much needed electrical power to Pakistan, but also create thousands of jobs. In addition, this project generates electricity without harming the planet. For the investors, the return is projected to be in excess of 400%. What makes this project so compelling is AE is in the process of finalizing the Power Purchase Agreement with the power purchaser for approximately $.08 per kW for the next 20 years. We are also working with Overseas Private Investment Corporation, a developmental agency of the United States Government that will insure the value of the Power Purchase Agreement. In addition, the "Carbon Credits" from this wind farm generate on average, over the next five
