EMThrax, our company, is focused on developing a novel vaccine platform. We are an incubator company located at the Medical College of Georgia, since August 2006. Our technology is focused on developing a novel vaccine platform. Currently, we are focused on Anthrax and Campylobacter jejuni vaccines.
At present we have assembled an excellent research team and a management team is in place. Our science is beyond the proof-of-concept stage and we are looking to close on Series A funding on the level $1-1.5 Million in the next 6-9 months. EMThrax has already raised $75 K in private funding, awarded a $50 K research grant and has applied for several large SBIR grants ($600 K, special category for vaccines).
