SDI has developed a simple yet sophisticated means to test the explosiveness of an athlete. The product delivered is a proprietary sports specific athletic performance index. The Sports Performance Index (SPI) measures six (6) critical components of explosiveness and is calculated by testing a series of athletic movements. The results are tabulated immediately and the athlete can see his/her performance data and compare their results with similar athletes across the country.
