Principally an educational project but with a real difference in that the teaching and so leaning of various model making skills results in an extensive model railway exhibit measuring 25metres X 4,5metres as phase ONE. Phases 2 and 3 are yet to be built. We ned to secure premises of at least 500 square metres and maximum 1000 square metres and arrange for the licences and trading documents etc. to allow us to open to the public and make an admisssion charge at the door.
Already the is approx £100,000 own money been invested in the project and its related aspects during the past 5 years bringing it to where it stands today, i.e. fully functional layout though not quite fully scenically detailed.
An experimental exhibition which ran from 27th November 2006 until January 7th this year br
