I invest in foreclosed homes in the Pierce and Thurston Counties (approx. 40 minutes south of Seattle). Over the past year and a half I have invested in six homes that I have netted approximately $200K and increased my net worth by another $150K (kept two homes for long term investments). I have a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Washington. I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Washington and currently work for John L. Scott.
If I could get a loan or line of credit for approximately $1 Mil to $2 Mil; I could purchase and/or carry up to three homes at a time. I purchase these homes at the forclosure auction for approximately $70K to $100K below FMV (I am very conservative with my FMV evaluations). After fixes and fees I net app
