The current owners are looking to retire and I want to turn this operation into a very lucrative sports bar/club/restaurant. There is nothing like it in at least a 300 miles radius. It is located in a hub between dry counties. Everyone from the surrounding
counties stretching into Missouri come to this area to have fun since it is the only wet county with a club around.
