We invest in commercial income producing properties with a very unique financing structure. This structure allows investors to receive their entire investment (their portion of the down payment) back at closing and receive a return 10% on their investment annually. The ultimate idea would be to purchase 5 or so properties in a year and have the investor continue to roll the same money into each investment and continue to get it back immediately. For example, if an investor were to put $100,000 towards the down payment of 5 properties in a particular year, that investor would at the end of the year still have the original $100,000 he or she started with and would be receiving $50,000 annually.
