One of Digital Cavalier's first customers was Bear Mountain. Digital Cavalier was called in to consult on Bear Mountain's initial voice and data requirements for their resort services. Digital Cavalier will provide I.T Project management services, computer products and services to the BC Health Industry,small, medium, large businesses, home construction and residential sectors. EMR Migration- Digital Cavalier will partner with medical practitioners to facilitate their transition to the new BC Government/BC Medical Association (BCMA) supported initiative to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The provincial government and the BCMA are jointly sponsoring the Physicians Information Technology Office (PITO), which has a mandate to provide implementation and transition support, be champions for the local physicians, and manage the reimbursement program. The BC Government is funding the EMR program with $100 + Million dollars. They are offering Physicians between 70% - 100% in grants and funding to facilitate the transition. The medical vertical is under serviced with little competition. Digital Cavalier allready has a presence in this sector. We've partnered with Motion Computing to provide a custom Medical Tablet PC to doctors. We've also begun meetting with physicians and quoting on projects. Networking Services-providing small, medium and corporate businesses with on-demand networking specialists who are usually reserved to companies with large internal IT departments. Digital Cavalier will coordinate and implement a complete network with the latest and the most stable packages available using both open and closed source systems.
