In an effort to gain more exposure for their screenplays, Brothers’ Ink Productions was created in 2003. The idea was to produce short films as a way to market themselves and their screenplays, and as a way to ramp up to producing feature films. This is the same business model used by such groundbreaking companies as Pixar Animation and Aardman Animations.
The company has participated in over 30 film festivals across the country, won over 15 awards for their films and screenplays, and sold and optioned several screenplays. They most recently signed a contract with the Department of Defense to play “Reveille” on the American Forces Network and the Pentagon Channel throughout 2007.
