Description: I am a independent contractor in the film/video industry for the last 9 years as primarily a Steadicam Operator Camera Operator,Director of Photography and a Camera Operator. A steadicam camera stabilizer is to make the shot look seamless, as in no jerky movements. It would be as you would walk from room to room without a bounce. For example the television show "ER" is shot 75% steadicam to give that organic feel of fluidity. I am one of many few operators in the Ohio,Kentucky,Indiana Tri-state region and that would be a total 3 including myself.
