We are 3 partners who work together on this project.
Mr. B. McLauclen, (URL removed)ens, and myself. Next to the three of us we have a technology board where we are assisted by Dr. H. Cole and Senior Civil Elec Engineer Mr. D Seymour. The technology that we have in our hands and that will be used on the
T & S Device tablet for blind persons has been developed years ago by our partner Dr. Marvin Cowens.
In other words and if we come to an agreement, it will be the three of us who will become your partner.
We intend to do that via a Hong Kong registered company who will be fully owned by the three (3) of us.
In addition and very important is that we have full permission and access to the patent which covers Dr. Cowens his invention done in the 1990's. Dr. Cowens working as
