My company Healthy Bodies by "TR" provides customized exercise prescriptions and dietary guidelines to individuals ranging from ages 10- 70 years of age. Our services cater to the high risk population due to weight gain or pre-existing conditions. Our goal is to build a facility where these individuals are taught, trained and guided into healthier lifestyles. My company aims to decrease the rising number in childhood obesity and premature deaths among adults caused by heart disease, respiratory disease diabetes, hypertension, stokes, heart attacks and etc. Our approach to the success of making lives healthier and live longer is through extensive research, a strong base cliental relationships, a team of professionals such as nutritionist, exercise physiologist, counselors, life style coaches, and educators. As a team member and business owner, I plan on putting 200% into changing the lives of these individuals.
