I am looking for one or two individuals to finance a project that would provide a return of 15% approx monthly profit after expenses for around 3 to 5 years. The project would consist of a sport complex completely enclosed consisting of an outdoor regulation football/soccer field, a baseball field, a softball field, a track, tennis courts, and an indoor soccer field. This would need to be built in phases in order to keep income and debts in check. Project could be completed within 18 months of opening phase one.
