We buy or develope properties and then rent or sell to the Disabled, veterans, or low income elderly. I have several opportunites available to develop housing for the less fortunate. I am a disabled man myself and know exactly how hard it was for me to buy a home. The Government has many many programs to help us build or buy safe affordable housing and set these families up in the housing. The hard part is getting your foot in the door. I badly want to find an ivestor/mentor that can also be a member or the board of directors and advise and direct me into a better person and a man that is able to help others.
