My company was started in California in 2004. The previous owner passed away last September and I purchased the business from his wife. The previous owner and I were going to franchise in Texas and I was going to own the store here in Texas. Unfortunately he passed away. It is a prosperous business that sales specialty off road equipment. I have invested my own money to purchase the business and to get it started. But like anything else it takes money to make money. I like being honest with everything I do. I have used pretty much all of my savings to get the company back on its feet. Just needing a little help to get more inventory and startup expenses.
