RIR Enterprises, LLC is a new start up company headed by Randy Randall. Mr. Randall brings to the table 12 years of combination pet retail and multi chain management experience. We will offer a chain of approximately 12, 2000 square foot, drive through pet retail stores through out the state of Missouri. RIR Enterprises will keep the traditional pet store model and provide customers with a new and innovative way to shop for their pet products. We will incorporate a drive through for convenience and ease for our customers. Our short term goal is to have 4 operational stores running by the end of 2012. Our long term goal is to have all 12 stores up and running by the end of 2014. This is an exciting concept that has been carefully thought out and researched.
According to American Pet Products Association there are 71.4 million homes in America with pets and an estimated 47.7 billion in pet supplies sales in the US in 2011. With the knowledge and experience of the management team RIR Enterprises goal is to tap in to the growing market of the pet retail industry.
I'm in the need of $3,000,000 to start my business. The $3,000,000.00 will come as a loan or equity participation. The $3,000,000.00 is the complete amount needed to open and operate this business. It will ideally be set up as a line of credit. The money will be allocated to take care of all the requirements.
