Description:
Riverstone Builders is a residential remodeling company and custom homebuilder in the Houston, Texas area. We are looking to branch out into the multi-family area by purchasing existing income producing apartment complexes that are in some way distressed. This will allow us to have a positive cash flow immediately and have the ability to increase that income through strategic and targeted rehab or upgrade.
