This endeavor will be a cutting edge dance club with a 21-40 year old demographic which will be located away from the downtown area where competition does not exist. The location will also be in the areas of 2 colleges, 4 tech schools, and 2 military bases which hold a tremendous appeal to most everyone in the age criteria. Area that will be required for such an epic project is at least 20,000 sq ft. with 30,000 sq ft a preference. Renovation costs will be considerably lower as I have a very good knowledge in construction, management, and security. Only $300,000 in seed/working capital is all that is required and this club can show a $1.5m dollar revenue in its' first year.
