I am in the process of starting up a retail urban fashion store at the Reading Outlet Center. I am looking for funding to purchase enough inventory for 3,450 square feet of space. The outlet center has been very prosperous in the past and I have the perfect opportunity to develop a business and prosper along with the outlet center.
