Our company is named Privacy On Demand Inc. We are the ONLY company that sells, manufactures, and installs, outdoor privacy curtains. In November of 2010 we received the patent for this product. Our curtains provide complete and total outdoor privacy without ANY loss of view ! They simply slide open and closed, much like the drapes in a home. Most H.O.A.'s and/or P.U.D.'s today will not allow fencing of any kind. Fences tend to lean, require maintenence, and are very unsightly when in abundance. In addition, fences are generally only 6' tall, and therefore do not actually provide privacy. Our curtains are typically 7' and over in height. We manufacture our curtains and valances using Sunbrella marine fabric (which carries a 10 year warranty against fading and mildew directly from Sunbrella), and is available in hundreds of colors. We also offer 4 different syles of valance. Most customers also purchase outdoor rope lighting ( which we also sell and install ) for a wonderful nightime ambience. We use an aluminum track system that will not rust. We sell, manufacture, and install these curtains for around swimming pools, hot tubs, screen enclosures, balconies, covered lanai's, as well as for general outdoor areas. Our customers purchase them for "at home" sunbathing, security reasons, private parties, not wanting others to see into their home ( especially at night when the light are on ), difficulties with neighbors, for cutting the noise and wind, and because they just don't like being on display in their own backyard entertainment area. We have sold hundreds and hundreds of our outdoor privacy curtains, and we don't have a single unhappy customer ! This is a highly profitable product that has NO competition, and enormous growth potential. We have very little overhead. We are seeking a minimum $100,000 to be used for marketing.
