I have started a new s corporation while in undergraduate studies as a means of funding my education. It revolves around e-commerce but has different niches and one major plan that I cannot implement because the lack of funding to higher a lawyer to create a patent for the plan. I am more than willing to talk to anyone in more detail, that is interested in my business and my long term goals. I currently have a minor product in the works with a design team and need at least $10k to create a prototype. Hopefully getting a lisence for the idea will provide enough capitol to invest in a lawyer to move me forward with the "big stuff".
