My company 5280 Home Construction started out as a custom home framing contractor 3 yrs ago and has grown into strictly general contracting with an emphasis on remodels. I would like to expand into the market in witch i worked on for so many years. New home construction. My company has all of the resources to complete a project of this size but not the funding for a construction loan down payment. I'm looking for funding for a down payment and would also consider complete project funding.
