Description: We own a patent on a sports training aid. Spalding had inquired while it was still in the provisional stage. Patent was just issued in June 06. A gentleman who owns another sporting goods company is also a marketing agent who sells to retailers. He has offered to become our marketing and sales agent on the project. We have received an overwhelmingly positive response at this point. I even have several manufacturers who are willing and able to produce the product. All that is needed at the point is the capital to manufacture the product and advertise. It took 3 1/2 years to receive patent.
