A new company will be spun-off for this new crash safety company. We have a Patented crash shock technology which can be employed in every field of transportation (e.g. automotive, trucking, highway, aircraft, shipping, rail), as well as multiple military and Homeland Security applications. We've already conducted 2 full scale drop tests and 4 vehicle impact test efforts; the latest of which is being funded by the National Academy of Sciences High Speed Rail-IDEA program, where the SEM (Solid Ejection Material) shock technology was employed in the passenger seats and in the impact barrier which decelerated the 4,100 lbs Bogie test vehicle, which was moving at 23.5 mph.
