Description: I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor in Topeka Kansas. The idea is to take my love and knowledge of the outdoors and combine it with the Coldwell Banker name and the Real Estate market. I believe with these two things this project can get off the ground. The idea is simple, I can pull up any listing for a Coldwell Property in the world and call the agent and arrange to film a hunt or fishing trip on that property. We go and film our show and spotlight that property and its surrounding highlights. In addition to the spotlight property we would also feature four or five properties in a short featured property section that could be sold as advertising. Then you pack things up and head to the next spotlight location. I make my money by refering buyers to the agent that has the property listed. If there is a sale I get part of the commission. The whole idea revolves around travling around the country in an RV with Coldwell Banker printed on it. We would be based out of Kansas and Colorado but would travel all over the world hunting and fishing our way to the Real Estate Market. I am filming a pre-pilot this week that will feature a 93 acre property with a private stocked 5 acre lake. September has us in Colorado filming a fly fishing and elk hunting episode and then back to Kansas for 3 whitetail hunts. I am having no problem getting land to use. All of the agents I have talked to have been excited about the project. The problem I have is that I need some cameras to start with. I also will need travel expenses underwritten in some way. I have been told that once I have a product to sponsor I should no problem getting sponsorship. The goal is to produce a 30 minute show for the Outdoor Channel. To do this I need some updated cameras and some working capital. If you can help give me a call.
