I live in Gardner, Ks. BBQ has been in my family blood for a long time, from sauces to smokin'. I live about 25 minutes south of downtown Kansas City, which everyone knows is the BBQ capitol of the world. I live in a town where people have to travel about 10 miles to even get BBQ and there are about 18,000 people in my town, plus an executivwe airport. It might not ever be a gold mine, but we profitable, very profitable.
