I would like to start an icecream parlor in a town that is starting to grow. They are putting in a very nice park for the community and there are plans for a condo as well.
There is a fairly new strip mall about one block from the new park. The aren't any other icecream shops to speak of within several miles of this area.
Living in NC it does get warm and with the new park and summer baseball leagues, I feel there is a need for icecream.
My problem is finding the funding and getting this dream for icecream into a
profit making business.
If you can give me any advise and or help with fundiing I would appreciate it greatly.
