Drive in / drive thru Hamburger stand complete with all equipment, lease with option to buy. The whole building is 3 years old. On the main bypass in a city of 30,000 people, college town. The company was built and operated the first year by the owner, he did $10,000 in the first 4 days and $15,000 the next week. He only ran it a full year then leased it to another party, they own another dine in resturaant and do not want to run this again.
