Moonlight Diesel began as a part time business and has grown to a very well know and respected business in the area. We specialize in Diesel pickup truck repair and performance. Our plan is to relocate to a more commercial location providing a larger facility to allow us to continue growth and better serve our customers. We have building plans in place, property purchased and have made some improvements to the property. All permits etc. are either obtained or in the process of being obtained. I would consider an agreement with an investor to buy the property, build the facility and lease it back to our business once it is built with the option to buy it in three to five years.
