We are a multi-faceted real estate investing company. We buy property at wholesale or below. Typically that means between 10 and 50 cents on the dollar of after repair value. We will sometimes wholesale these property's to other investors. Others will be rehabbed and sold. In time we hope to be able to hold some property long term.
We are looking for private investors only, who wish to earn 12%-15% return on their investment, secured by the real estate we purchase. The difference in interest is dictated by the terms of the loan.
