No one knows what i know about this 100 acres of land in Southeastern Michigan. Its not on the market however I KNOW THE SELLER and have bought land from them in past. I sat down with them on Nov. 12 2010 and assured that this could be done without telling them my intentions. Ive done what no one thought i could do and I know this is prime for a new cemetery in an area that is in need of this service terribly. I have kept this to myself and now it the time to begin. I need someone that can see my vision and has the money to back it. The business plan will show how we will earn back $15M with a $3M investment.
HINT: THERE ARE FIVE CURRENT GRAVES ON THIS LAND THAT NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT FROM THE 17 AND 18TH CENTURY AND IT WILL BE FORGOTTEN IF I DON'T DO SOMETHING. I DISCOVERED THEM.
