Description: I own rental properties (34) in Flint Mi. I also buy/sell properties and pay my investor a very good interest rate on secured investments. Since my investor is nearing 80, he wants to keep his loans to 2-3 years with balloons. He plans to get out of the business in about two years so I want to find another investor.
