After working in the HR outsourcing idustry for a few years I decided to go out on my own and help business owners interested or considering using a Professional Employer Organization also known as a PEO In a nutshell, this is a PEO brokerage business.
I place business owners with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) which best match their business needs. I use my expertise on their behalf to save tons of time adn headache while learning about the benefits of outsourcing their HR such as HR compliance, payroll adminstration, workers compensation insurance and employee benefits.
Since I work for the business owner and not the placement company, by understanding their chalenges and business with respects to human resources and the above mentioned key areas I can place their company with the best fit. My goals is to find them the best provider that matches their goals and needs for the best price.
My revenue is generated from payment from the PEO copan selected by my client if any only if I place them with a PEO provider. MY client never pays anything our of pocket for my services.
PEO companies use brokers like byself for a number of reasons.
a: since I am not an employee of their business there is no need to continuously pay or manage me unless I bring them a qualified client.
b. since I am also not their employee there is no additinoal costs or liability for my service such as having to pay workers compensation insurance or payroll taxes/
c. By building a relationship with the PEO and understanding the types of clients and risk they are looking for, its a cost effective way to gain new accounts and clients without investing in a sales staff.
