Caring Friends, Inc., seeks to establish a multipurpose community in Contra Costa County. This 21 unit condominium complex will have a minimum of 10 wheelchair accessible units for frail seniors or families with medically fragile children.
In addition to the living units a minimum of four rental spaces designed to house a Coffee/snack Shop, Beauty Supply store, Hair/Nail salon, management office, and multipurpose Educational Center.
The Educational Center will be equipped with supplies for Occupational & Physical Therapy, to teach parents needed nursing care principles to safely meet the needs of their ill children. The Center will also serve to offer after school tutoring classes to not only our residents but to the community at large.
