We have access and knowledge to an environment (country, legislation, project development requirements) where economically efficient (profitable) solar photovoltaic power station projects can be built. The efficiency comes from special government guaranteed feed-in-tariff and government subsidies for the capital expenditure (please ask for details especially if unfamiliar with solar, renewable energy sector). In addition to these two main contributors huge amount of the project (80%) can be secured from US incentives program for bank loans. So a project of 100 million for example only requires 20 million to start. Project can be started from very small scale and is easy to scale up.
