I am currently the IT manager of this software company, and I beleive that a technical leader for this company is what is needed to refocus and turn it around. I hope to find a financial backer/partner who is willing to earn their money back and MORE by supporting me in this bid for takeover. Although I am an MBA, I am a techie at heart, and I think with the proper person at the helm, this company can soar instead of mildly grow like it is. I need a real pro to help me and be the CFO as well. I have had several in the company say they would be excited to have me as the CEO/President. There is a real ethics and leadership problem with current management team, and I can turn that around. I need a financial backer and strategist.
