(Ultimately we will be seeking the lion’s share of the funding from the airline (estimated time of presentation to airlines February 2007 and funding by December 2007) in the amount of $1.25 million and a reserve L.O.C. of $15 million (in $1.25 mil increments for 12 months) for an R.O.I. of 49% of the venture for 5 and ½ years.
