I am seeking financing for "Turnkey/New" Class4 Mobile Kitchen #1, includes everything but food products, as Franchisee at ground level. Franchiser plans to have many units in the future. I am wanting to purchase the First unit. The cost of this unit only, is $99,000, with no Startup Franchise cost to myself. The Franchiser is established. I will receive complete training, support and advertising at no cost to myself from Franchiser. I will also need entry level Motorhome for transport of Mobile Kitchen and lodging, est. cost $20,000. There would be no employees, just my wife and myself would own and operate. the Franchiser and myself as Franchisee, have plans for National exposure in 2012 event schedule. The total amount I am seeking would be $150,000, this would fund, Mobile Kitchen, Motorhome, insurance, lic., reg., title, permit and initial stocking of food supplies. It will be an LLC company.
