I am needing 50k to pay off exsisting revolving debt to put myself in personal guarantor status. I plan to buy properties for pennies on a dollar using business shelf corps. I will buy under the corporation and hold them. I will either do a lease purchase on them or section 8 them until they become credit worthy then sell the property and profit. I would be able to have pretty much an unlimted source of funds ,once I started purchasing shelf corps. I would be able to get between 275-325 per corp
I know people in the united states doing this and making a fortune. I know I have to start somewhere and I know how to have low over head to maximize the profit.
