I am looking to invest my time and my companies time and labor along with company resources like materials and skill to build a developement of small homes that are quickly built and sold. I need someone with land or looking to purchase land in the very near future to do this. This is not a short term idea though. So don't expect millions of dollars out of it. I've done one and it took 22 months to build 7 homes. All of which were small square footage. Profit on each home is roughly 24,000 and profit is also earned by the lot it sits on.
