I am asking investors for some investment money to meet earnest money requirements on a huge deal in Florida. I will deliver a 30% return in 60 days if the deal goes through if it doesn’t, I will just give the money back( Title Company will give the money back). I am working on just having the money dropped off at Title Company that operates in 50 states (Probably First American Title). So you can deposit the money locally with the right documentation to get it back if the deal does not go through. So this would take some worry out of it being unsecured I doubt if a major Title Company would steal the money. We are going to put escape clauses in the documentation I am 100% on board for following through with the transaction and delivering a 30% return to whoever invests/loans with me.
