I have created a LLCompany in Florida. I would like this company too have more then one funtions: 1)Real Estate investing 2) advertising public benches in all of Palm Beach County, Florida 3) Rose and Flower Business to sell Colombian Flowers to Local business (Churches and other) at discount prices.
Real Estate investing in Florida is getting too competitive, but if find the right RE deal = high profit. (I only do flips). We can talk about it.
The advertising on the public benches is a very good ideal to invest with someone. It is very low investment with a high % of profit. The Palm Beach County busline (Palmtran) does not have beaches at bus stops
The rose discount business is also a very business ideal. I just need to get clients
