Description: Founded in 2019, Yovak is not a registered business. I am in need of an investor who is more than able to disburse the desired amount of $50,000-$100,000 for the purpose of a Startup Business. To begin with, I must mention I do not have an LLC or registered business, own any property, assets, or collateral, and my credit ranges from 450-580. This does not stagnate me from legally altering my credit for the better sake of a prosperous business. While I am also not certain or confident in paying an upfront collateral fee simply due to my financial situation as well as the past situations involving such matters. With that being said, I plan to connect with an investor or a familiar entity who can provide funds upfront with no issue. I currectly work for Waste Management making $18.50 per hour and daily I work up to 13 hours. Working at this company is temporary considering my business being registered and profiting. One of the key highlights of my business is the fact that I have already secured 10 verified buyers from reputable sources such as Global Sources in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. These buyers have expressed a strong interest in my company which is a testament to its potential and market demand. To expand, I will use my previous buyers and business associates to vouch for my expertise and credibility while I also use business cards, in person promotion, and the internet for paid promotions. Based on the valuable insights gained from these achievements, I have projected that my business will generate a monthly profit of $6,250 or more from July 2024 to July 2025. As requested, I receive $50,000-$100,000: $5,000 would serve as a down payment for a tow truck, which has been confirmed by a reputable seller in King of Prussia, PA. @ $750 per month $5,000 would serve as a down payment for a 2.4 acre lot located in the state of Pennsylvania which is planned to be purchased as owner financing. @ $1,000 per month Based on the relationship I have with each associate and the research I have done, the purchasing process will take no more than 14 days. To conclude, I believe in transparency and honesty, which is why I must mention I will not be using the entire loan immediately yet in small parts. Form an LLC, build business credit, and restore personal credit: Again, transparency is key, I am not in the best position regarding credit and finances yet I have accumulated a very high level of knowledge in order to prosper by using personal and business credit to my advantage. I am not only confident but 100% certain that with this loan and my business proposal, I will regain financial stability. THE PLAN - $50,000-$100,000 EXPENSES Down Payment/Total/Monthly Truck – $5,000/$25,000/$750/m Lot – $5,000/$20,000/$1,000/m Gas – $2,500/m (or less) TOT – $10,000/$45,000/$4,250/m THE DEAL - $50,000-$100,000 I would like to propose a deal I am familiar with in hopes The Investor will agree. To start I am willing to return $500/m for 6 months = $3,000 $1,500/m for 6 months = $9,000 $2,000/m for 12 months = $24,000 $2,400/m for 10 months = $24,000 The Investor will profit 20% - 34 months ["THE DEAL" is an expectation of taking 34 months yet I know YOU as The Investor will receive the loan plus the profited return of $10,000 in 9 months or less. $50,000-$100,000 being invested, I expect to return $60,000-$120,000 (additional 20% of the loan) to The Investor. Of course upon the start of us connecting TERMS and CONDITIONS will be discussed and put in writing. Lastly, I of course have no issue providing the applicable documents needed to proceed such as – Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, State ID, and all else associated for the purpose of insurance and security.
