Our purpose is to help homeowners who are in foreclosure to retain their residence. Our source of income: mediation, and refinance. But let’s face it, some families will not qualify for these programs, so we have additional sources of income. Management of rentals or leased home that we have purchased. In addition we rehabilitate home that we have purchased for resale. Homes will be purchased with short sale techniques. Then leased back to the current inhabitant, then resold to them at a later date (after we council them on credit usage and get them back on track.) Or rehabilitated and sold for profit.
